How does matching work?
1. Search and apply → 2. Artisan approves → 3. Discuss details via messages → 4. Carry out the experience/transaction → 5. Complete and leave a review.
When can I send messages?
After a matching request is approved, you can exchange messages with the other party from the Messages tab in your dashboard.
How do I create an artisan profile?
Go to the 'Artisan Profile' tab in your dashboard. Add cover images, gallery, philosophy, techniques, and certifications to appear in search results.
What if I find a problematic user?
Use the 'Report' button on their profile to notify our team. Select the reason (spam, harassment, fraud, etc.) and submit. You can also block users.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the 'Settings' tab in your dashboard. We recommend exporting your data before deletion.
Where can I use message templates?
Templates appear in the message screen and in matching/connection request dialogs when the input field is empty. Just tap to insert.
Can I use voice input?
Yes. Use the microphone button next to input fields to dictate text (supported browsers only). Your speech is converted to text automatically.
How do I change the language?
Click the 'JA' or 'EN' button in the header to switch between Japanese and English.
How can I improve my profile completeness?
Your dashboard shows a 'Profile Completeness' indicator. Click on the missing fields to jump directly to them. Adding a bio, avatar, and skills makes the biggest impact.
